Career coaching services provide a variety of learning activities that facilitate exploration, self-reflection, validation, and action. REACH offers inviduals a support system to develop leadership qualities, build confidence and empower decision-making. Through this program, employees can focus on the areas of career development that are critical for their success and professional growth, and establish the steps necessary to achieve their goals.

In the initial period of employment, employees face challenges related to being supervised or supervising others, information overload, work-life balance, teamwork, corporate culture, anxiety, and building credibility/momentum. An external career coach brings an objective lens to help identify those challenges and develop a plan and strategies for growth and success. Working with a coach helps employees be accountable, find resources, and gain confidence while maintaining their well-being and also continuing to plan and prepare for the future.
